To make a GIF in Photoshop you will need to:
1. Create a document and name it something you will remember
2. Go to the toolbar at the top and select window > workspace > motion
3. Add the image you want to create into a GIF
4. Flatten the image
5.Duplicate the flattened image around 5-10 times.
6.Lastly, merge all layers by selecting all of them (Shift > Click Top and Bottom layers) and then press Ctrl > Click > Merge Layers.
7. Save as a GIF.
GIF stands for Graphic Interchange Format. GIF is the second most common image format used on the World Wide Web after JPEG.
Their are 2 main ways of making a GIF and that is using photoshop or using an app or website. Also 2 different kinds, their is the one where you get a part of a vidoe from Youtube, or their is where you get a lot of photos that where taken really quickly for everymovment and put all together.
